Christian Benteke to Arsenal or Tottenham?

And so it begins… The summer is nearly here and you know what that means – transfer speculation.

The first in a long line of start players to hint at an upcoming move is Aston Villa’s Belgian star Christian Benteke. Benteke took the league by storm this season – finishing with 19 league goals – third highest amongst forwards behind Van Persie and Suarez. The Belgian helped Aston Villa retain their Premier League status while delivering 166 points in the official Fantasy Premier League game.

Villa have insisted they want to keep the 22-year-old but with Arsenal and Tottenham reportedly interested, a move is likely this summer.

Asene Wenger should forget about Jovetic who is already feeling homesick even before he signs for us. Benteke is phenomenal! He is the real deal Asene. With our style of play, this guy is going to score over 20 goals believe me. Benteke is the next Ian Wright. Benteke all the way! He is the BEAST!!!!!!!!!

  2. Spursman says:

Guess you forgot that Bale finished on 21 goals, 2 ahead of Benteke.

  3. craigy says:

Spurs have no chance of landing Benteke Villa are a bigger club than spurs

  4. gareth fail says:

Avb is off, spurs in huge amounts of debt, their only asset is trying to price himself out of spurs reach. If arsenal come in with 35 mil they can have him. Spurs would be a sideways step
