They call him the white Pele

Wayne Rooney was sent off in England’s 2-2 draw last night just a day after his father and uncle were arrested in a betting sting.

The Manchester United striker is now set to miss the first 1 or 2 opening matches of Euro 2012 for his country, who have now qualified after the draw with Montenegro.

In other Manchester United (and Fantasy Premier League) news Ashley Young was substituted in the second half with a knee injury. He was replaced by Stewart Downing.
