Petr Cech Out for 3 Weeks with Knee Injury

cech 415x275 Petr Cech Out for 3 Weeks with Knee InjuryChelsea’s #1 goalkeeper Petr Cech has been ruled out for a few weeks after sustaining a knee injury in training.

From a fantasy footie perpective, Hilario (4.5M) and Ross Turnbull (4.5M) will battle it out for starts to replace Cech between the sticks.

Chelsea’s clean sheet chances obviously diminish without their (formerly?) world class stopper, but this is an opportunity for Turnbull or Hilario to perform well (for a budget price) in Cech’s absence.

In other Chelsea defensive news, David Luiz is still injured and won’t be fit for the weekend which means that Alex, who impressed against Stoke, will continue in his starting role at the back with a bargain price of 6M for a Top 4 defender.
