One Month to the Premier League Kicks Off… Still no FPL

Picture 8 One Month to the Premier League Kicks Off... Still no FPLThe Barclay’s Premier League returns to action exactly one month from today. Exciting stuff for football fans as the wait is almost over..

For Fantasy Premier League addicts, however, it’s been a difficult week. The official Fantasy Premier league game – enjoyed by over 2 million players, has yet to open its doors for pre-season tinkering, examination of rule changes, and setting up mini-leagues.

Patience, my friends. The site should open within the next few days. Perhaps even as early as Monday.

In the meantime, fantasy footie managers can keep busy by signing up for The Sun’s Dream Team fantasy football game – which is free to enter this year!

Keep following our Twitter feed at http://www.twitter.com/nickybutt for continued breaking news on player transfers, pre-season match reports, and other general football stories of interest that will hold you over until the long awaited season begins.

Have a great weekend. And for those of you in the U.S. (or Japan) – good luck to the women in the World Cup Final.

It’s their constant issuing of statements like “in the next 24 hours” which are worrying. Clearly they just can’t get the system working. FPL is my preference but I’m looking at alternatives.

Urgh, don’t advertise The Sc*m please.

I’m on the FPL site constantly to see what will be the new rules for the 2011/12 season…

    The agony….
