Adam has been superb for Blackpool this season – and for thousands of fantasy managers as well, as he scores, assists, and more importantly – picks up bonus points win, loss, or draw…
But it looks like the star midfielder may be on his way out of town as he handed in a transfer request after increased interest from Liverpool.
I don’t quite understand where he will fit into a Liverpool starting lineup that includes Former Funny Feeling Friday and impressive transfer Raul Meireles and Captain Steven Gerrard, as well as the likes of Dirk Kuyt and others, but perhaps he doesn’t mind coming off the bench if it means an increase in wages and a potential (though unlikely) spot in next year’s Europa League?
Adam will surely lose fantasy value if he move to Liverpool as he won’t be on penalties anymore (Gerrard) and he’ll have trouble battling it out with Torres for bonus points…
